Lost or Delayed Packages


Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’re always happy to help point you in the right direction whenever possible.


Incorrect Shipping Address


Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at (blessed915@ymail.com). Include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll work quickly to make it right.
